KHANOUMI is seeking a content manager to join the operations department. Catalog management refers to the process of creating, organizing, and maintaining product catalogs. The catalog manager is responsible for leading the team in managing product data, including descriptions, SKU codification, images, videos, and other relevant information. Candidate must work closely with various departments, such as marketing, sales, commercial, and Tech/Product, including as a partner in operations to ensure that contents address both the business's needs and those of its customers.
Job Description:
Lead and manage a team of content creators to produce high-quality content.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the content team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that content is aligned with company goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends (specifically cosmetic online shops) and best practices to ensure that company content remains competitive.
Manage and develop P&L and drive market growth.
Promote the company’s services by addressing the conversion rate in the shop.
SEO improvement continually by working closely with marketing and product teams.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Monitor market. content trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities.
Plan events and content creation from start to finish according to requirements.
Analyze the event’s success content in the shop, SEO, and conversion rate trends.
Requirements
4 years of managerial experience in e-commerce is often required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good communicator with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Self-motivated, fast learner, and result-oriented.
Strong people management experience.
Customer-centric approach and data-driven thinker.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Familiarity or interest with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in the cosmetic industry market.
Budget-management skills and proficiency and “Content as a Service” seller business developer.
Ability to handle multitasks.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or an MBA graduate.
