Anousha Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a results-driven and experienced field sales manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing at least two sales supervisors, each with their teams, while building regional sales capabilities and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching and supporting sales supervisors based on Anousha’s standardized coaching framework.
Defining and implementing regional field force business plans.
Continuously analyzing national and regional markets to define and adjust sales targets.
Segmenting the market strategically and assigning responsibilities to supervisors.
Developing and executing monthly and annual sales and marketing plans.
Overseeing all sales and marketing operations within the assigned region.
Conducting joint field visits with medical/pharmaceutical representatives.
Ensuring full implementation of the "Coach by the Coach" program.
Motivating, managing, and developing the sales team to maximize performance.
Requirements:
MD, Pharmacist, DVM, or at least a Bachelor's degree in a related medical science field.
At least 2 years of experience in team management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative, analytical, and adaptable to a highly competitive market.

Goal-oriented leadership style with proven people management capabilities.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
