Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to the target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with company strategy.
Regular visits of physicians to monitor product availability and movement.
Maintain or update product and competition knowledge and build and maintain good relationships with trade personnel.
Update HCP’s list, submit the daily report, and be fully operational in sales techniques.
Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers.
Deal with KOLs and get market feedback regularly.
Report any relevant information to the Sales Manager and know company procedures and best practices.
Requirements
Related educational background (Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Nursing, Midwifery, Microbiology, Nutrition Science, or Chemistry).
At least 2 to 3 years of managerial experience in a pharmaceutical company (experience in Neurology and metabolic fields is an advantage).
