Job Description

  • Develop annual personnel affairs plans based on human resources strategies and programs.
  • Cooperate in reviewing and developing relevant guidelines.
  • Cooperate in preparing, drafting, and issuing necessary announcements and circulars.
  • Implement timely and accurate issuance of personnel orders.
  • Control all personnel affairs reports.
  • Monitor the performance of the personnel system and human resources software.
  • Monitor employee insurance affairs.
  • Monitor personnel information management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least seven years of work experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with job analysis.
  • Proficient in interpreting labor and social security laws.
  • Proficient in preparing and drafting contracts.
  • Proficient in the principles of supervision and management skills.
  • Proficient in human resources management.
