Job Description
- Develop annual personnel affairs plans based on human resources strategies and programs.
- Cooperate in reviewing and developing relevant guidelines.
- Cooperate in preparing, drafting, and issuing necessary announcements and circulars.
- Implement timely and accurate issuance of personnel orders.
- Control all personnel affairs reports.
- Monitor the performance of the personnel system and human resources software.
- Monitor employee insurance affairs.
- Monitor personnel information management.
Requirements:
- A degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least seven years of work experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with job analysis.
- Proficient in interpreting labor and social security laws.
- Proficient in preparing and drafting contracts.
- Proficient in the principles of supervision and management skills.
- Proficient in human resources management.
