Job Description

• Monitoring the implementation of the plan for repair, reconstruction, operation, and diagnostics of mechanical equipment.
• Organizing and ensuring reliable and trouble-free operation of technological equipment, lifting machines, and mechanisms for Kupala facilities, through timely organization of technical maintenance and repair work.
• Delegating any maintenance and repair issues that need to be resolved.
• Developing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensuring full preventative maintenance is carried out, and planning missed maintenance activities.
• Monitoring the timeliness and quality of technical maintenance and repair of equipment and mechanisms for site facilities.
• Participating in testing and acceptance of equipment and mechanisms into industrial operation.
• Organizing acceptance of completed repair and construction work. Signing primary and accounting documents.
• Сontroling over the preparation of repair work in terms of providing the necessary spare parts and materials.
• Ensuring the development of consumption standards for spare parts and materials for the repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Controlling execution of requests for equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Organizing incoming quality control of equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Controlling the movement of equipment and timely inventory of mechanical equipment equipment.
• Monitoring the dynamics of mechanical equipment accidents. Implementation of measures to reduce accidents.
• Ensuring that health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures are communicated to the Company's mechanical service personnel;
• Participating in investigations of accidents, incidents, etc. at facilities and equipment.
• Undertaking continuous training and development.
• Ensuring the preparation of materials and timely conclusion of contracts with specialized contractors for the maintenance and repair of technological equipment and mechanisms, monitoring their implementation.
• Using and training the software complexes.
