Job Description

  • Planning, systematic implementation, and monitoring quantitative and qualitative indicators of the talent recruitment and management process.
  • Identifying discrepancies and subsequently designing and implementing corrective actions to continuously improve talent recruitment and management processes.
  • Managing and supervising the development of individual development plans and career paths for talents.
  • Planning, supervising, and monitoring talent development processes such as development centers, coaching, mentoring, etc.
  • Designing and implementing a talent performance management system.
  • Managing the performance and development of subordinates.

Requirements:

  • At least eight years of work experience in a related field; at least three years of leadership or supervisory experience is required.
  • Proficient in talent acquisition and management methods and tools.
  • Proficient in competency model development methods.
  • Proficient in the assessment center process.
