Job Description

  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
  • Install and maintain software and hardware components, devices, printers, scanners, cameras, and computers.
  • Assist with network administration tasks.
  • Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT service desk or helpdesk.
  • Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Fluent in Network+.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Able to focus under pressure.
  • Gender preference: Male.
