You will be part of the P&O Department at Novo Nordisk LMT site. Our team is dedicated to supporting the management of the organization’s human resources. We focus on developing HR strategies and policies to meet business needs, handling recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, diversity, and organization development. Our atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.

The position:

As an HR Business Partner, you will mainly:

  • Act as a vital link between business and the organization, contributing to business decisions by developing leaders and serving as an HR area specialist in the development of both the organization and its people within wider areas, aligning with core HR processes.
  • Maintain a partnership with Novo Nordisk Global Centres of Excellence, seeking expertise and support, and utilizing global solutions for local needs, while leveraging a strategic cLEAN mindset to fulfill this role effectively.
  • Drive people engagement, talent attraction, and the initiation and maintenance of P&O processes and policies, including compliance with NN Way and local labor laws, and overseeing the updates on P&O practices and competitiveness in the local market.
  • Lead and support various initiatives, such as handling the Evolve survey, improving TDPs, and initiating projects on wellbeing, in close collaboration with the EHS team, as well as contributing to leadership development initiatives and promoting a culture of development with a focus on talent management.
  • Serve as an advisor/challenger to P&O Manager, line of business, and function on human resource programs and initiatives, interpreting internal and external business issues and recommending solutions, while maintaining and improving job classification and categorization and contributing to planning and execution of ad hoc tasks for continuous process improvement towards quality, simplicity, and agility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, an MBA degree in Strategic Management/HR, Psychology, I/O Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Highly self-driven with interpersonal skills, adaptability for change, proactive service-minded attitude, business and industry understanding, and excellent MS Office skills.
