Job Description

  • Preparing and publishing job advertisements through job portals.
  • Responsible for practical recruitment and sourcing of candidates.
  • Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates.
  • Performing CV screening and in-person interviews with applicants from Turkey and regional countries.
  • Working with line managers to understand business needs and develop customized solutions and projects.
  • Improving employer branding performance by implementing new projects, career supports, training, communication methods, and recruitment strategies.
  • Playing an active role in the performance management system.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in HR (recruitment experience is an advantage).
  • Preferably experience in overseas recruitment projects and process management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work with multinational team members.
  • Very good skills in MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of HR ERP systems.
  • Confident in reporting and data analysis.
  • No travel restrictions.
  • No military service obligation for male candidates.
