Job Description
We are looking for a professional and experienced HRBP to join our HR team. This position will act as a bridge between the HR department and the sales and distribution operations teams across the country and will play a key role in implementing HR strategies, improving employee performance, and strengthening organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
Working with Sales and Distribution Managers in Different Regions:
- Providing HR consulting to managers and supervisors of sales and distribution units.
- Analyzing human resources needs and helping to optimize team structures.
Managing the Recruitment Cycle:
- Monitoring the recruitment and hiring process of sales, distribution, and support staff in different regions.
- Working with the HR team to attract top talent and reduce the turnover rate.
Staff Training and Development:
- Identifying the training needs of sales, distribution, and support teams with the Training Department to design and implement development programs.
- Evaluating the impact of training programs and providing suggestions to improve employee performance.
Performance Management and Employee Appraisal:
- Implement performance appraisal processes and assist managers in providing effective feedback.
- Develop incentive and reward programs to improve sales performance and team productivity.
Manage Organizational Culture and Employee Relations:
- Review cultural issues and organizational satisfaction levels by conducting annual surveys
- Strengthen organizational culture through communication and incentive programs.
- Address employee problems, resolve conflicts, and enhance job satisfaction.
Support Organizational Change and Process Optimization:
- Implement human resources projects to improve organizational processes and increase team productivity.
- Work with the executive team to implement organizational changes in line with the company's business goals.
Manage Benefits, Compensation, and HR Administrative Affairs:
- Review and improve compensation and benefits policies for sales and distribution employees.
- Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure fair and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in HR, preferably in sales and distribution or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
- Experience in HRBP or HR management role in large organizations is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Iranian labor and social security laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with managers and employees.
- Ability to manage organizational changes and implement HR strategies.
- Skilled in analyzing HR data and providing management reports.
- Proficient in HR software tools, Excel, and management dashboards.
