Job Description

  • Performance management (participation in localization and model design, design of individual development sessions, standardization of key performance indicators, process complication detection, etc.).
  • Manage organizational belonging projects (participating in the design and implementation of organizational recognition and belonging systems).
  • Manage competency model and job IDs (participating in compiling and updating job IDs and organizational competency model).
  • Organizational culture management (participating in the design and implementation of programs related to organizational culture, including the development of codes of conduct).
  • Organizational structure management (participation in the design and implementation of organizational structures).
  • Manage employee attitude measurement (participation in analysis, troubleshooting, and providing improvement solutions).

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HRM.
  • Getting to know the principles and methods of human resources development and training.
  • Skill in communication and interaction with people.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate processes and provide improvement solutions.
  • Work experience in the field of human resources, especially in the field of development and training.
