Identify human resource needs, publish job advertisements, conduct initial interviews, and select suitable candidates.
Redesign and monitor the process of recruiting and integrating new employees into the company and familiarizing them with the culture and processes.
Address employee issues and problems, advise managers on labor relations, and follow up on disciplinary matters.
Design and implement periodic employee performance evaluation processes, provide feedback to managers, and advise on performance improvement.
Collect and analyze human resources data and provide detailed reports to managers; including the effectiveness of the recruitment and hiring process, recruitment rate and time, etc.
Prepare and update forms, and reports, and manage employee information in an integrated manner.
Identify training and support needs in personal development programs and evaluate the effectiveness of courses.
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related fields; an MBA degree is an advantage.
At least two years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in organizations with a medium to large number of employees.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in common HR software (such as HRIS and ATS systems).
Familiarity with simple data analysis and reporting tools.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to prepare and update various HR reports and lists.
Ability to manage employee documents and records.
Proficient in HR processes such as recruitment and hiring, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Detailed understanding of HR laws and regulations and ability to adapt them to internal processes.
Ability to establish effective and transparent communications with managers, employees, and candidates.
Ability to collect, and analyze HR data and present analytical reports.
