Job Description

  • Identify human resource needs, publish job advertisements, conduct initial interviews, and select suitable candidates.
  • Redesign and monitor the process of recruiting and integrating new employees into the company and familiarizing them with the culture and processes.
  • Address employee issues and problems, advise managers on labor relations, and follow up on disciplinary matters.
  • Design and implement periodic employee performance evaluation processes, provide feedback to managers, and advise on performance improvement.
  • Collect and analyze human resources data and provide detailed reports to managers; including the effectiveness of the recruitment and hiring process, recruitment rate and time, etc.
  • Prepare and update forms, and reports, and manage employee information in an integrated manner.
  • Identify training and support needs in personal development programs and evaluate the effectiveness of courses.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related fields; an MBA degree is an advantage.
  • At least two years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in organizations with a medium to large number of employees.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in common HR software (such as HRIS and ATS systems).
  • Familiarity with simple data analysis and reporting tools.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to prepare and update various HR reports and lists.
  • Ability to manage employee documents and records.
  • Proficient in HR processes such as recruitment and hiring, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
  • Detailed understanding of HR laws and regulations and ability to adapt them to internal processes.
  • Ability to establish effective and transparent communications with managers, employees, and candidates.
  • Ability to collect, and analyze HR data and present analytical reports.
