Aramin Group is seeking a professional human resources manager with expertise and experience in the sales domain. This individual will be responsible for managing the human resources of a workforce comprising 800 administrative and sales personnel.
Responsibilities:
Planning, directing, and overseeing all HR processes (recruitment, training, evaluation, development, and retention).
Monitoring the implementation of labor laws, payroll, and performance-based incentives.
Collaborating with the sales department to enhance sales team performance through motivational, training, and career development programs.
Analyzing training needs and designing specialized courses.
Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and improving organizational culture.
Providing analytical reports on workforce status to senior management.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 10 years of HR management experience in dynamic organizations with large sales teams.
Familiarity with sales principles and processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales unit.
Proficiency in HR software and performance monitoring systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership ability, and teamwork.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, insurance, and payroll regulations.
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration.
Age range: 40 to 50 years old.
