Reviewing and monitoring the good implementation of guidelines, regulations, and organizational policies.
Improving work relations between employees and management.
Creating and strengthening a positive organizational culture.
Managing conflicts and handling employee complaints.
Preparing motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction.
Identifying, designing, and updating the policies and procedures of all human resources systems and processes.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
