Role Description:
Recruiting competent employees, ability to conduct employment interviews, and evaluating job applicants.
Assessing the performance of personnel, and determining the correct performance indicators of employees.
Assessing the training needs of employees and holding required training courses.
Empowering employees by using methods such as delegating authority and determining the career path of employees.
Shaping the organizational culture.
Determining the orientations of the organization regarding employees.
Writing job advertisements and describing the various duties of each job position.
Analyzing and rewriting the employee salary plan.
Proposing job criteria and new instructions according to the company's needs.
Developing the human resources department to achieve the specified goals.
Requirements:
Familiarity with various motivational models such as Maslow's pyramid, choice theory, etc.
