Duties:

  • Design and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the overall business goals.
  • Establish effective communication between management and employees and handle requests, complaints, and other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support the current and future needs of the business by recruiting, motivating, and retaining human resources.
  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Create and maintain a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal system to improve efficiency.
  • Manage compensation and benefits plans.
  • Identify training needs and implement training programs.
  • Report to the manager and make decisions based on HR data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR calculations.

Requirements:

  • At least six years of experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in a startup.
  • Proficiency in HR practices.
  • Ability to strategize and lead a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws.
