* Planning and directing comprehensive service compensation policies to create a competitive, fair and transparent payment system
* Guiding and leading the process of analyzing important data of human resources in process and attitude fields in order to review the current situation and plan for improvement and development in the future.
* Participation and cooperation in the preparation, adjustment and updating of instructions, circulars, regulations, etc. related to the areas of responsibility and action to resolve the relevant issues.
