Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement recruitment and hiring strategies to attract talented and committed employees.
  • Plan and implement training and development programs to increase employee capabilities.
  • Manage the employee performance evaluation process and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations to create a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Monitor compliance with human resources laws and regulations and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze human resources needs and propose relevant programs to improve the organization's performance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to align human resources policies with the organization's strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of relevant work experience in human resources.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and human resources management.
  • Ability to manage a team and motivate employees.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in human resources management tools and related software.
