Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering from a state university.
At least 3 years of experience in human resources.
Good communication, verbal, and speech skills.
High social awareness
Appropriate skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
