Job Description

IS/IT Supervisor POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Tehran Company: Nestlé Waters Full-time Reports to: F&C Manager- IS/IT Manager IS/IT Supervisor is responsible for supporting day-to-day first level support of ERP (LOGO) & other business Application ,windows, infrastructure ,servers, workstations, printers, etc. according to agreed SLA and responsibility definitions between Local IT and the User Community. A DAY IN THE LIFE … ● Support & Help Users in ERP (LOGO) ● Support & Help HR Team to use Payroll System ● Support Other Business Application ● Installation of Desktop, laptop, tablet, server ,printers and other required infrastructure components and perform upgrades and replacements of these components, whenever necessary. ● Help users and execute and maintain user administration processes and procedures for local market supported by customer care unit. This includes AD administration functions. ● Resolve all LGO user access related problem tickets within SLA timeframes and GLOBE standards. ● Management of incidents in the IT infrastructure area, and ensure that they are properly escalated to the GC. ● Coordination with LGO customer care and GC support teams in resolving IT infrastructure issues in their market, e.g. Server, workstation operations in all sites in the markets/Region ● Support of Installing software’s in the sites of Iran. ● Respond to access-related security issues by providing relevant information & send relevant KPI reports. ● Compliant & security SOP’s Implementation and administration for the site responsibilities. ● Maintain customer focus: ensure that He or she has an understanding & afford business needs with level of priorities required.

Requirements

Requirements: ● Expert in working with SQL and programming. ● Solid experience in ERP implementation. ● 3 to 5 years experience in the one or more of the required technology specializations and/or suitable tertiary qualifications in Information Technology. ● Relevant degree or equivalent. ● Knowledge of English language both written and speaking. ● Skills in required technology area. ● Strong problem solving and analytical skills. ● Communications skills. ● Ability to work in a team. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Have basic knowledge on LAN / WAN configuration, analyzing/tracking networks issues.
