IT Manager

Job Description

• Manage, support, and coordinate users in the office and plant.
• Develop, implement, and execute related policies and procedures aligned with internal, external, and corporate standards.
• Ensure information security and maintain alignment with corporate standards.
• Ensure the security of network access and backups.
• Manage IT-related assets and ensure good maintenance of all the related items.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Manage and control IT-related budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and coordinate all projects related to IT with contractors and service providers.

Requirements:

• Completed education in Information Technology (a university level or similar).
• At least 5 years of managerial work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunication systems.
• Experience in Networking, Database Management, Administration of HP Servers, and Network Security.
• Knowledge of MS Active Directory, and Windows Server.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Knowledge of MikroTik routers and CAPs.
• Proven ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Persian and English.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Feasibility of commuting regularly to the plant.
