Job Description

We are seeking an experienced data storage technical specialist to technical support our clients’s data storage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data storage solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure data storage solutions.
Monitor and optimize data storage performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Develop and maintain data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with IT, development, and security teams to ensure seamless data operations.
Conduct regular audits of data storage systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data storage solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding data storage best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a data storage specialist or similar roles.
Proven experience as an EMC specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of data storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, cloud storage solutions).
Experience with data backup and recovery solutions.
Strong understanding of data security and compliance standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Storage+, EMC proven professional) are a plus.
