Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced organizational training and development manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational change initiatives, enhancing cross-functional efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational development strategies, design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with company goals.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Learning Programs: Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HRBPs, division leaders, and employees to promote a culture of learning and development.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of development initiatives.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth and development.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Facilitation: Lead training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective delivery and engagement.
  • Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously update training programs to reflect industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HRBPs, department heads, and employees to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in preferably Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.
