Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the strategy for general services and shared facilities at the holding level.
• Manage and oversee welfare services, support services, transportation, protocol, catering, office spaces, and service-related operations.
• Lead the Shared Services model for optimal use of resources across group companies.
• Manage contracts and service vendors and monitor service levels (SLA).
• Develop standards for general services and monitor service quality across sites and companies.
• Control and optimize the general services budget and indirect costs.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of facilities and buildings in collaboration with HSE.
• Design and implement dashboards for service quality and internal user satisfaction.
• Continuously improve service processes with a focus on productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Manage operational risks and continuity of support services under special conditions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Executive Management, Service Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably 4 years at a managerial level in general services, support services, or Facility Management.
