As a market research specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling the day-to-day operations of market research activities. This includes hiring, training, and monitoring promoters, data collectors, and data input assistants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the execution of research activities is carried out efficiently, with high-quality standards maintained throughout the process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and supervise promoters and data collectors to ensure the efficient execution of research projects.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team, ensuring they meet project goals and deadlines.
Handle the payment process for research projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency. This includes budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely payments to all contributors.
Review and verify the accuracy and validity of gathered data, correcting any errors to ensure the highest quality of information.
Coordinate and manage focus groups and conduct interviews to gather valuable market insights.
Ensure research activities are aligned with the project’s objectives and are conducted in a timely manner.
Work closely with other team members, including researchers and analysts to ensure comprehensive and accurate market research.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
Proven experience in market research, preferably within the logistics industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer/bikers’ issues and challenges.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality research outputs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of business concepts and market research methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, etc).
