Requirements

  • PhD in Pharmacy/Pharmacology/Medicine.
  • Proven experience (typically 8 to 10 years) in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on marketing unit management.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, market access, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker who can analyze complex business situations and develop actionable plans.
