Job Description

Atena Zist Darman, active in importing and distributing medical equipment, is looking to hire an office manager to complete its administrative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all administrative and clerical matters.
  • Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Responding to calls, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Organizing and archiving company documents and records.
  • Supervising matters related to guests and visitors.
  • Preparing reports and following up on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least three years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Strong public relations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
