Job Description

  • Respond to customer calls.
  • Follow up with previous customers to establish communication until a result is achieved.
  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:45 am to 4 pm; Thursdays are part-time.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate verbally over the phone or in person with clients.
  • Ability to provide telephone consultations.
  • Tidy appearance.
  • High skills in public relations and respectful speech.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Effective and constructive communication skills.
  • High accuracy and responsibility.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Responsible, energetic, motivated, and committed.
  • Quick learner and interested in sales.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Docs, Calendar, and Sheets.
  • High public relations.
  • Friendly.
  • Patient and flexible.
  • Ability to follow up on matters and, if necessary, coordinate between different units of the company.
  • Ability to manage crises in sensitive situations.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Relevant work experience.
  • Age range: 22 to 40 years old.
  • No student admission.
