Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure that administrative tasks are completed correctly and on time.
  • Handle correspondence and communications within and outside the office in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update office records and information.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Manage office equipment and resources to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist senior managers in preparing various reports and information.
  • Manage telephone calls and email correspondence.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in carrying out daily human resources operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees including preparing training materials and assisting in training sessions.
  • Maintain and update human resources databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Requirements:

  • Five years of proven work experience as an office manager.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management and problem-solving.
  • Outstanding leadership and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal comprehension and reasoning abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office automation systems.
  • Proficient in office correspondence and filing procedures.
  • Attention to detail.
