Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and tax obligations.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with HR and accounting departments for seamless operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
  • Conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in payroll and administrative roles, with a proven track record of managing teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
