Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in payroll and administrative roles, with a proven track record of managing teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
