Job Description
Job Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for working with all GSC departments in order to suggest training or development programs to ensure organizational goals are met.
Areas of Responsibility:
Local and International Training:
- Managing GSC Technical & Functional Training (TFT): Managing GSC TFT programs ensures that learners are completing job tasks correctly. Delivering job-specific training to employees, boosting productivity and quality of work.
- Coordination with training provider (internal/ external): to get training proposals, validate get necessary approvals on the training budget with alignment of required stakeholders.
- Evaluate the performance of trainers to ensure the process is consistent and progressive.
- Manage, monitor, and analyze reports on training plans, progress results, and training process implementation.
- Manage the whole onboarding process.
- Implement new and relevant tasks or training sessions.
- Communicate with educational institutions to hold the required training courses.
- Updating training database
- Engage with stakeholders effectively to align training strategies with business objectives and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Interpret and leverage data effectively.
- Generate new ideas and approaches to training and development.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Review and summarize invoices received from employees to support employees for participation in English classes based on company policy.
Audit Support (ISO):
- Prepare documents and needed approvals before required for ISO and other Audits which refer to training documentation and history.
Other:
- Support newcomers in terms of Induction trainings.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create, track, and manage training initiatives.
