Job Description

We seek an executive assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support the executive director.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish communication and coordination between managers, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage and transmit information accurately and on time.
  • Organize the Executive Director's work calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare and organize internal and external correspondence (memoirs, emails, presentations, and reports).
  • Answer calls, refer them, and manage administrative correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in similar positions such as an executive assistant or personal assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office tools and equipment (such as electronic calendars and copiers).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional principles.
