Job Description

  • Setting the production schedule of branches and preparation units.
  • Controlling and preparing daily production status reports.
  • Carrying out production plans and agendas of all departments.
  • Providing a suitable schedule for the production and supply of the desired goods.
  • Examining the production capacities of goods.
  • Preparing reports and analyses of consumption and extraction of consumption deviation and standard waste in different intervals.
  • Time measurement and work measurement in all production departments and branches.
  • Checking and monitoring all warehousing activities, inventory control and correct ordering of goods for all branches.
  • Sales forecast with the help of the marketing unit.
  • Controlling and managing personnel work shifts.
