Procurement Specialist (3rd Party Manufacturing)

Job Description

• Follow up with 3rd party manufacturers for URSA audit projects.
• Manage all tasks related to invoices, including receiving, tracking deliveries, updating files, and entering into the purchase-to-pay (PTP) platform.
• Track and follow up on sanction checks.
• Coordinate the sending of pallets to third-party manufacturers as needed.
• Coordinate Ministry of Health (MOH) contracts.
• Follow up to obtain and return checks/bank guarantees.
• Coordinate waste disposal processes and creation of purchase orders.
• Coordinate Samane Moadian with suppliers.
