You will be part of the Commercial Affairs and Strategy Department at Novo Nordisk Pars, Iran. The position:

As product manager, you will mainly be responsible for designing and executing the product marketing plans and communicating the marketing program to internal stakeholders, designing promotional campaigns, and developing relationships with target customers and external stakeholders as well as supporting or leading different projects and essential submissions.

In this role you are expected to:

  • Proactively develop marketing and promotional strategies to meet brand objectives and customer needs in Liaison with external agencies to execute initiatives for brands
  • Accountable for effectively managing the budget for brand(s) and achieving sales targets for the assigned product(s), Utilize knowledge of relevant diseases and markets to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques and tools
  • Design innovative marketing campaigns to support the sales team in meeting business objectives, prepare annual/cyclic action/brand plans to meet business objectives
  • Conduct regular field visits to establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support the sales team
  • Provide product training on strategies and promotional campaigns to Medical Representatives (MR) and Sales Managers (SM). Responsible for the implementation of corporate visual identity and the approval of promotional materials, while collaborating on medico-marketing activities

Qualifications:

  • Relevant academic degree in Medical, or Business; or an MBA degree is preferred.
  • English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing/sales or product management.
  • Deep knowledge of the current pharmaceutical/diabetes market situation.
  • Nice to have: Marketing specialization as well as experience with innovative marketing strategies and digital marketing.
