1. Production Planning & Management

Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing) are often preferred.
Professional Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management.
• Experience in specific industries (e.g., automotive, food production, media) may be required.
Technical Skills
