Our company is seeking an experienced food production manager to lead our products processes. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in staff management, production oversight, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient production schedules and processes to maximize productivity.
Hire, train, and supervise production staff while establishing and monitoring performance goals.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to successfully execute product launches.
Create and maintain accurate inventory records and manage raw material stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP.
Identify production challenges and implement effective improvement strategies.
Oversee the maintenance and functionality of equipment and machinery in the production facilities.
Prepare detailed production reports and SOP and communicate progress toward goals to upper management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in food production management.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues and implementing effective solutions.
