Job Description

  • Plan, organize, divide work, coordinate, and supervise the proper performance of tasks assigned to the personnel under supervision.
  • Design and develop systems, methods, and instructions required by the quality unit.
  • Prepare timely reports after reviewing the quality system on how the system is performing as a basis for its improvement.
  • Determine quality records and their retention period, as well as controlling all quality records.
  • Approve procedures and instructions related to the quality system.
  • Participate in conducting feasibility studies.
  • Plan and allocate forces to perform quality control of incoming items, during production and the final product.
  • Monitor the control tools and equipment used and ensure that the tools are calibrated.
  • Apply appropriate statistical methods in quality control analyses.
  • Supervise the preparation of TEST REPORTS of final products.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in explaining IATF requirements.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering.
  • 4 to 6 years of managerial experience in a related field.
  • Ability to plan large-scale projects within the scope of organizational responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with quality engineering techniques such as FMEA, SPC, etc.
  • Complete mastery of designing economic and rational methods of quality control and improving product quality.
  • Familiarity with the requirements of standards related to quality management systems, especially in the automotive industry.
  • Skills in preparing and compiling quality control methods and instructions.
