Job Description

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
  • Prepare daily and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
  • Prepare documentation for the hiring process.
  • Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and best practices to improve the recruitment process continuously.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or Psychology.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of SSO and different recruitment methods and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
