This individual will be key in sourcing, recruiting, and headhunting top talent globally to ensure we build and maintain a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring goals.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Use diverse sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and headhunting to find exceptional candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Candidate Evaluation:

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process with internal stakeholders.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with department managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the hiring process and candidate experience.

Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture and roles for new hires.

Global Reach:

  • Identify talent across various countries and cultures, including Canada, Iran, and other regions, to meet Abdi Design's global expansion goals.

Social Media Team Setup:

  • Recruiting social media managers, content creators, and community managers to strengthen online presence.

Marketing Team Recruitment:

  • Building a marketing team with strategists, digital marketing specialists, graphic designers, and campaign managers in Dubai and Canada.

Creative Team Sourcing:

  • Hiring talented designers, photographers, and videographers for content creation and branding.

Sales Team Development:

  • Establishing a sales team of account managers, business development professionals, and customer relationship managers.

Technical Team Recruitment:

Requirements:

Experience:

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and platforms like LinkedIn recruiter.

Technical Knowledge:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
