Job Description
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
- Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
- Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
- Utilize competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates effectively, ensuring a match with our organization's needs.
- Develop effective Sourcing channels to find the best talents by analyzing recruitment KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring managerial levels.
- Organized mind.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
