Job Description

  • Identify manpower needs with the cooperation of different units.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial and face-to-face interviews.
  • Implement specialized and psychological tests.
  • Check records and validate applicants.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new employees to the organization.
  • Evaluate and improve recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Prepare management reports using absorption evaluation indicators.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of relevant work experience in recruitment and recruitment.
  • Proficient in evaluation methods and competency-based interviews.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related fields from a recognized university.
