Sales and Marketing Manager (Speakers, PlayStation, etc.):
Maximize business opportunities by conducting sales activities while developing and managing a network of key customers.
Collaborate with internal business partners to actively leverage the product portfolio, increase customer engagement, and drive sales via training, product positioning, brand building, and pricing.
Monitor the market and gather competitive intelligence on new strategies, industry tactics, and opportunities for business growth.
Prepare periodic reports related to sales, stock position, etc.
Market research and competitor analysis.
Team sales forecasting and reporting.
Train and develop salespeople to achieve targets and bring in revenue.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of managerial experience.
Strong network within the industry.
Excellent command of English.
Commercially focused, independent decision-maker, dynamic, self-starter, strong initiative, negotiation skills, as well as driven towards continuous learning and improvement.
