Scope of Tasks and Responsibilities:
Drive sales of LCS products as well as spare parts kits, rebuilds, consumables, overhauls, and SLAs to all customers per Asham Co.'s sales strategy.
Liaise with the clients regarding LCS product inquiries, prepare quotations and obtain samples, identify hot projects, provide solutions, and determine pricing quotations of items specified.
Initiate received orders and build client relationships by keeping them informed of the status of their orders and ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide expert advice (technical and commercial) to customers about optimizing their equipment.
Travel to specific customers' locations and perform product presentations
Maintain the existing customer base with continuous follow-up.
Grow the potential market for LCS products by following up on leads for new customers and proactively finding new customers.
Facilitate communication between internal departments and the customer, control all client concerns relating to LCS products and accounts as well as closing-out of the orders by ensuring customer satisfaction.
Be involved with special projects by assisting in the coordination of internal and external communication with the client.
Observe the financial situation of customers and monitor customers' payments to ensure all dues are settled on time.

Report to the CEO.
Skills and Competencies:
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Fluent in English.
Excellent organizational skills as well as time management.
Sound confidential and assertive approach to work, where discretion is maintained at all times.
Proven ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines and prioritize a variety of important and urgent but diverse tasks, customer-focused.

Education:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an MBA degree.
