An Overseas Manager for Chemical Products (Ammonium Sulfate);

A leading company in the production and export of chemical products, including ammonium sulfate, is seeking an experienced and motivated Overseas Manager to expand its international market presence. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export strategies to expand target markets for chemical products such as ammonium sulfate.
  • Oversee the complete export process, from negotiating with international clients to finalizing contracts.
  • Identify and attract new customers in international markets and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze the needs of target markets and design export development plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery to clients.
  • Manage all international logistics and work with freight companies to ensure smooth product shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with international export and customs regulations in various countries.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in exporting chemical products, specifically chemical fertilizers such as ammonium sulfate.
  • Proficiency in English (professional speaking and writing); and knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian, or other target market languages) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in export management and customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and build effective business relationships.

Specific Requirements:

  • Practical experience in managing the export of chemical products, with a focus on ammonium sulfate and other chemical fertilizers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international customs regulations, trade laws, and standards for shipping chemical products.
  • Ability to analyze export markets and develop appropriate strategies to increase market share in target countries.
  • Experience in networking and building relationships with international customers and logistics companies.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to the transport and export of chemical products.
