Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced female sales manager to develop and manage our product sales strategies. The selected individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, motivating the sales team to achieve its goals and providing the necessary training and support.
  • Oversee the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of all customer interactions, sales activities, and developments.
  • Monitor customer communications and ensure professional and timely responses to requests, calls, and emails.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop sales channels.
  • Prepare and present regular reports of sales performance and provide relevant analysis.
  • Monitor the sales process from beginning to end.
  • Work closely with other departments of the company to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Attend exhibitions and events related to the industry.
  • Guide the company in public and private tenders.
  • Design and implement sales strategy.
  • Provide appropriate and effective solutions to solve problems.
  • Review the status of competitors in the market.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of work experience in sales (more than 5 years of sales management experience).
  • Familiarity with the principles of professional negotiation and persuasion techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead the sales team.
  • Mastery of CRM software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
