Job Description

  • Answering company phones, recording information, and communicating with various people.
  • Arranging and coordinating all managers' schedules, such as meetings, interviews, and appointments inside and outside the company.
  • Receiving and forwarding all correspondence and messages.
  • Preparing, typing, editing, sending, and following up on contracts, documents, and administrative letters.
  • Archiving, maintaining, and organizing files and documents.
  • Controlling the company's inventory of consumable items, coordinating purchases, and coordinating and supervising the reception of company guests.
  • Carrying out activities related to agency, courier, and travel reservations, preparing tickets, and reserving accommodation facilities.
  • Creating personnel files, registering leave requests, registering personnel absences, and performing insurance-related matters.
