Job Description

Our social media manager is responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing social media activities. This role includes creating creative content, analyzing performance, and engaging with audiences to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and strengthen customer relationships. A social media manager must stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools and can create strategies that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, etc.) that aligns with business goals.
  • Identify audience personas and plan content to increase engagement and attract users.
  • Plan monthly content calendar and coordinate with the content production team.
  • Create and publish creative and high-quality text, image, and video content for various platforms.
  • Supervise graphic design and ensure content is consistent with the brand’s visual identity.
  • Manage advertising campaigns and promotions related to social networks.
  • Monitor and analyze social media data (such as engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, etc.) to evaluate campaign success.
  • Manage crises and brand issues on social media.
  • Review new trends and algorithms of social platforms and adapt strategies to them.
  • Research competitors’ activities and provide innovative suggestions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management or similar roles.
  • Experience in running advertising campaigns on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Mastery of social media platform management (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest social media platform trends and algorithms.
  • Ability to manage workload and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
