Strategy Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company’s goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies for potential initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Communicate strategic plans and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and industry experts.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• + 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software.
