Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Publish hiring advertisements in different sources and job channels.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in person.
  • Prepare related reports based on weekly and monthly periods.
  • Plan and attend onboarding sessions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR; with experience in supervising others.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Applicants Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to follow up and be result-oriented.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
